An **Operations/ Warehouse Executive** in a warehouse oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and the smooth functioning of logistics and inventory management. Their role is crucial in maintaining operational standards, managing teams, and optimizing processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Operational Management**:
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

Coordinate with logistics teams for timely shipment and delivery.

**2. Process Optimization**:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and inventory accuracy.

Manage and lead warehouse staff, including assigning tasks.

**3. Coordination**:
Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments for seamless operations.

Resolve issues related to damaged or delayed shipments.

**4. Reporting**:
Prepare and submit reports on operational performance, inventory levels, and other metrics to management.

Analyze data to make informed decisions and forecast requirements.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Around 1 year of Experience in Warehouse management.

Manpower handling & team management.

Maintain 5s in the warehouse for better productivity and accurate outcomes.

Process Improvement, Hardworking, transparent, and dedicated.

Handling customer escalations and complaints.

Data Analysis, Using functions like VLOOKUP, Reverse VLOOKUP, and Pivot

Tables, MS Word, MS Excel.

Advanced skills in Google Sheets like use of VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIFS, UNIQUE, COUNT, COUNTIF, IF

FUNCTION, ROUND, ROUNDUP, IFERROR, SUMIF, FILTER, Import-range Etc.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:
