**Job Description Position**:System Administrator/ Website and Hosting Support

**Responsibilities**
- Helping client via tickets to make changes to an existing website, update WP plugins, configure 301 redirections
- Creating and working with staging environments
- Familiar with cPanel and phpMyAdmin;
- Moving completed WordPress projects from one hosting environment to another
- Working with domain names and changes to DNS records
- Tweak, optimize, and investigate WordPress installations
- Experience with WordPress, Magento, Shopify or other CMS platforms
- Managing WordPress plugins and testing for compatibility
- Addressing technical issues that come up with WP sites like rendering, site loading etc.
- Take pleasure in hunting down the root cause of issues, have excellent troubleshooting skills
- Performing various types of update requests
- Performing and monitoring WordPress backups

**Requirements and skills**
- Strong working knowledge with HTML/CSS/Javascript and PHP
- Strong Knowledge on HTML5, CSS3, XHTML, WordPress
- Excellent written and verbal skills

Strong knowledge in Port blocking, htaccess, SSL Installation/configuration, Robots.txt, Firewalls and overall
- Server security.
- Must have hands on experience in customizing the WP and WP Plugin

Extensive knowledge of WordPress including installing WordPress, its themes and plug-ins;
- troubleshooting installation, upgrade and plugin issues; performing backups, restoration and migration of WordPress websites.
- MINIMUM At least 1 years and MAXIMUM of 3 years of experience with cPanel/ WHM & the web hosting industry.

Strong System Administration skill which includes installing linux server, shell scripting,
- system configuration and over all Linux knowledge.
- HTTP, redirects, CDNs, caches, proxies, load balancers, and related.
- MUST have Setup knowledge of web server LAMP / LEMP in advance level.
- MUST have knowledge of shared and dedicated server hosting.
- MUST have Troubleshooting knowledge for web technologies, Apache, tomcat, cpanel.
- MUST have exposure to AWS, VPS or cloud based hosting.
- Is able to quickly and efficiently handle web hosting related issues such as DNS, FTP, PHP- based errors, etc.
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as Bind, Apache, MySQL, nginx, Gitlab, etc.
- Experience in any scripting language like Shell /Perl would be an MAJOR added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

- Borivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
