**Full job description**

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated **(FEMALE) **individual to join our team as a Patient Support Telecaller. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our patients through phone calls, ensuring that their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- : Handle Outbound/incoming calls from patients with professionalism, empathy, and sensitivity to their needs.
- : Provide information and support to patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, medications, and any other inquiries they may have.
- : Schedule appointments and follow-up calls, maintaining accurate records of patient interactions in the database.
- : Listen actively to patients' concerns and questions, offering reassurance and guidance as needed.
- : Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
- : Address patient complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate channels for resolution, ensuring patient satisfaction and retention.
- : Follow up with patients to gather feedback on their experience and identify areas for improvement in our services.
- : Adhere to confidentiality guidelines and protect patient privacy at all times.

**Requirements**:

- : Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field.
- : Graduate from any stream.
- : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly phone demeanor.
- : Basic computer skills and proficiency in using telephony systems and databases.
- : Empathetic and patient-focused approach to customer service, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.
- : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
- : Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- : Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in a healthcare or related field, is preferred but not required.
