- Operations Executive.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily taxi operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage driver assignments and scheduling.
- Track taxi location and dispatch them efficiently to customer requests.
- Monitor driver performance and adherence to safety regulations.
- Address customer concerns and complaints regarding taxi service.
- Maintain accurate records of taxi maintenance and fuel consumption.
- Liaise with mechanics and service providers for taxi repairs.
- Prepare reports on taxi operations and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in transportation or logistics operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid commercial driver's license (may be required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 per month
