95%.• Drive automation, fixture development and process improvement.• Manage workforce of 200–500 operators, supervisors and engineers.• Lead NPI readiness, trials, DFM/DFT reviews and pilot → mass production transitions.• Manage inbound material flow, component shortages, inventory control and traceability.• Publish weekly KPI dashboards including OEE, yield, manpower efficiency and downtime.• Enforce ESD norms, safety standards and statutory compliance.REQUIREMENTS• Deep hands-on SMT expertise (Pn P, feeders, reflow profiling, AOI/SPI).• Strong PCBA manufacturing background (controllers, Io T, routers, STB boards).• Experience leading 150–500 workforce in multi-shift plant.• Strong knowledge of PFMEA, DFM, 8 D, control plans and QMS systems.• High ownership, fast execution, startup readiness.QUALIFICATION• B. Tech in ECE/EEE/Mechanical/Industrial.• Lean/Six Sigma/IPC certifications preferred.
