Urgent Hiring
- Greet and assist patients during their visit, admission, and discharge process.
- Ensure patients are well-informed about the hospital’s services, procedures, and policies.
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at all touchpoints.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to meet patient requirements.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, tests, and follow-ups.
- Inform patients about delays, service changes, or other relevant updates.
- Handle patient complaints, concerns, or queries promptly and effectively.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate authorities when needed.
- Collect feedback from patients regarding their experience and suggest improvements.
- Guide patients through insurance, payment, and billing processes.
- Assist in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
- Build positive relationships with patients by following up on their health and satisfaction.
- Educate patients about wellness programs, events

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
