Execution excellence
- Lead at least one client engagement independently. Execute end to end client engagements. Ensure regular client updates & meetings, stakeholder management, any failure or risk analysis of the project, data sources, tracking execution & success metrics is done effectively & efficiently.
Looking for a Dynamic and team-oriented Scrum Master & Project Manager with at least 3 plus years of experience in project management, consulting, business analysis; Innovative and driven with passion for delivering high-quality work in timely manner. Detail-oriented and focused on maintaining organization goals and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
The Scrum Master for this multi-functional engagement will work with a growing team of 15 plus members with following broad responsibilities.
Agile Practices
1) Tight grip on Agile Estimating and planning and Forecasting.
2) Coaching Agile practices and Removing impediments. Working with the team hands on to ensure all Epics, UST, Tasks and other aspects of Azure DevOps are captured on timely manner.
3) Facilitate meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective).
4) Highly skilled in using Azure DevOps. Should be well versed with Azure DevOps to maintain the projects
5) Liaison between Fractal team, Client's Product managers, Clients multiple vendors (data lake).
6) Independently clearing the obstacles in multiple projects on daily basis.
7) Establishing an environment where the team can be effective
8) Addressing team dynamics tactically. Assigning team members with projects and enable them with required support from various other teams & experts.
9) Ensuring a good relationship between the team and product owner as well as third party vendors of client.
10) Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
Project Management
1) Creating communication channel (team, Product owner, Domain SME, 3P vendors, Client's IT Team, stakeholder)
2) Creating communication channel with SAP Teams, Viz/Solutioning teams and Engg teams.
3) Client handling & project management.
4) Get the project requirement from the client and work with the team to arrive at estimates & timelines.
5) 100% compliance on all documentation during the entire project life-cycle
6) Work with team in various workstreams to resolve issues, help them progress in the daily tasks and guide them.
