OTC Assistant provides customer service and support within a pharmacy, focusing on the sale of Over-The-Counter (OTC) medications and health products. Key responsibilities include offering advice on non-prescription medicines, managing stock and merchandising, assisting with store operations, and ensuring the pharmacy is clean, tidy, and compliant with regulations under the supervision of a pharmacist. Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Service & Advice**:Provide professional advice to customers on the appropriate use of OTC medicines and other pharmacy products, answering their questions and addressing concerns.
- **Stock Management**:Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, order new supplies, and ensure products are correctly priced and displayed on shelves.
- **Store Operations**:Help with daily store tasks, maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the pharmacy area, and ensure adherence to professional and ethical standards.
- **Merchandising**:Assist with store displays and promotions, managing the presentation of merchandise to customers.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Handle cash transactions, manage till operations, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- **Compliance & Safety**:Adhere to all legislative, contractual, and professional guidelines, ensuring safe and confidential customer service and medication sales.

- **Organizational Skills**:Strong ability to manage inventory, maintain stock, and keep the store organized and tidy.

- **Teamwork**:Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting the pharmacist and other colleagues.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
