**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Daily/ weekly review of the entries passed in the system from completeness and correctness perspective
- Checking the accuracy of the accounting entries passed from Ind AS perspective.
- Handling the team for ensuring timely completion of the month end closing of books of Accounts.
- Preparation and review of the financial statements (including Balance sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash flow statements and related schedules) for entities on monthly basis in compliance with the Ind AS.
- Passing month end closing entries like current/ non-current classifications, inter-company balance reconciliation, recognition of provisions, amortization of prepaid expenses, booking of accruals in relation to interest expenses and other expenses, reviewing depreciation computations etc.
- Preparation of board deck on quarterly basis for the top management explaining the financial performance of the entity and quarter-on-quarter variances.
- Holding meeting with the CFO/ Financial controller of the organization to explain the board deck prepared or highlighting any other issues that may crop up from time to time

Sample responsibilities for this position include:
Works with interdepartmental groups, such as the Basis team and Business Excellence to communicate SAP user requirements and resolve user issues

Serves as a Project Manager or team lead on SAP implementations and roll outs as required

Provide support to Client Service Representatives assisting them to manage a portfolio of Global clients

Manage the on-boarding of new client requirements in relation to OTC functionality to include pricing, trade life cycle and reporting

Execute planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against Multifonds

Exposure to OTC Equity vanilla and structured products with possible exposure to other asset classes including Interest Rates and Credit

Documentation and development of business requirements and functional specifications using context diagram and process models that support key business, process and system and ensure project artefacts are kept current & managed in accordance with organisation document management standards

Designs system flow by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams

Assist in the management of issues effectively and efficiently, and escalate to the Project Manager/Onshore BA in a timely manner

Evaluate proposed system solutions in close liaison with system developers to ensure delivery of solutions is consistent with stakeholder's expectations

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
