**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through account management and regular communication.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive business development initiatives to expand the client base.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct warm calling to potential clients to introduce products and services effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge of products to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices in sales techniques.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in technology or technical sales sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships and tracking sales progress.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
