Project Controller

**Job Requirements**- Assist the Delivery Manager in IPMS activities across the project lifecycle
- Create projects in line with the organizational practices and all project documentations.
- Create financial task and sub-tasks to fund the project and enable timesheet for employees to book time
- Assign resources to the project
- Assign profile bill rate within the project
- Check Time Sheet Entries and report discrepancies if any to the Project Owner
- Approve timesheet records for body lease employees for now and in future for other engagements
- Raise Invoices for the project from time to time based on contract type (monthly / milestone based / periodic)
- Maintain project financial hygiene such as revenue at risk, unearned revenue, unbilled revenue
- Support / Execute Other financial practices such as effort movements
- Initiate project closures from time to time
- Collate timesheet records for Project Team and reconcile the IPMS efforts against Customer time sheet
- Reconciliation of differential hours between IPMS & Customer Time Sheet
- Responsible for maintaining effective and value enhancing project control processes across the area of responsibility.
- Responsible for Enabling & Assisting the overall monitoring and reporting of project performance
- Support Delivery owners across their Projects
- Maintain Project Hygiene - Financials, GPF & On-time issue resolution across all Projects
**Work Experience**
- Experience in Project Management as per Quest methodology
- Experience in Project Financials (UBR,UBR P,RAR,UER,PBDD)
- Experience in handling all contract/project types as per Quest processes
- Experience working with CFT (Finance,IPMS,Revenue,Collection,IT Infr,Invoicing,HR)
- Knowledge of QMS
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Excel
