Lab Incharge

**Job description**
- Daily monitoring of incoming raw material, Trims & Accessories & Packaging material with with Store
- Initial shade approval for 100 % checking as per 4 - point system.
- Communication & coordination with external Lab for day to day challenges.
- Evaluation and ensuring quality by physical and chemical testing as per Buyer protocol
- Highlighting quality issues observed & get the rectification by corrective and preventive action.
- Discussion with Dyeing supplier / Purchase team to resolve / adhere to testing parameters as per buyer protocol
- To generates the respective reports like lab test report, incoming material quality issue, keep documentation of external lab test report, calibration certificates etc.
- To ensure the quality of All trims / accessories / Packaging material with co - ordination with Sr. QA & Merchant.
- Responsible for training schedule and impart training to members like checkers, operator & supervisor for improvement in quality and process to optimizing cost.
- To strengthen and support the quality checking process by co - ordination or involvement with team.
- To ensure implementation of quality check point as per standards as per ISO 9001 / customer protocol
- To ensure optimum utilization of resources > To strengthen and follow the QA system
- Travel to suppliers for any tasks assigned from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- NOIDA SECTOR -60, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- LAB INCHARGE (HOME FURNISHING): 8 years (preferred)
- FABRIC TESTING: 5 years (preferred)
