**Job Summary**:
MrMed is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Customer Operations & Logistics Executive** to manage and support end-to-end customer order coordination. This role acts as a critical link between the logistics team, delivery partners, and customers to ensure timely deliveries, effective issue resolution, and smooth returns management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the **Logistics Executive** to receive and manage daily delivery data.
- **Handle customer queries** via chat and calls (inbound and outbound).
- Call and follow up with customers on **undelivered or under-process orders**.
- Coordinate directly with **delivery partners** to ensure timely and successful deliveries.
- **Escalate logistics issues** to relevant courier partner and follow until resolution.
- Track and manage **return orders** from customers to the company hub.
- Maintain detailed records of all communication and resolution activities.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding the **status of their orders**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience in Customer Support / Operations / Logistics Coordination.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to manage escalations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in using communication and order tracking tools.
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Location**: T. Nagar, Chennai

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
