We are seeking a committed and adaptable Customer Relations Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing social media interactions, and providing a positive customer experience both online and offline. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple company locations, including our showroom, backend office, factory, and old office, providing a diverse and dynamic work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction and Support**:
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions to enhance the overall customer experience and uphold our brand reputation.
- **Social Media Management**:
- Manage social media platforms by responding to customer comments, messages, and online reviews, while actively tracking customer feedback and monitoring trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and post engaging content, supporting brand awareness and customer engagement.
- **Flexibility and Adaptability**:
- Demonstrate flexibility in taking on a range of tasks across different company functions, including showroom support, backend office duties, and various cross-departmental projects.
- Show a willingness to learn new skills that can add value across all departments and help meet company needs.
- **Performance-Based Location Shifts**:
- **Multi-Location Assignments**: The role may require you to work at any of our locations, including the showroom, backend office, factory, and old office, based on performance, business needs, and specific project requirements.
- **Commitment to Flexibility**: This role is suited to individuals who are adaptable and willing to support the company across different settings and roles.
- **Training and Development**:

**Qualifications**:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in customer service and social media management preferred.
