- Handle flight reservations, cancellations, reissues, and refunds using **Galileo GDS**.- Issue accurate domestic and international air tickets.- Coordinate with airlines and clients for fare rules, flight schedules, and other travel-related queries.- Manage ticket queues and ensure timely follow-ups.- Maintain booking records and ensure smooth customer service.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in **ticketing operations** (domestic & international).- Strong knowledge of **Galileo GDS** (Amadeus knowledge is an added advantage).- Excellent communication and coordination skills.- Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.

**Education**:
