As a **Payroll executive - Finance**, you will be a key player in managing payroll operations across **APAC and Middle East**, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in Payroll & accounting processes.

**Key Responsibilities & Tasks**

**Payroll Management**
- Manage end-to-end payroll administration, including payroll reconciliations and reporting accuracy for APAC (Singapore, Japan, China, South Korea, Philippines, Australia) & Middle east (UAE, Saudi, Qatar)
- Work on payroll reports and reconcile on static variable payments and adhere schedule as per the payroll calendar.
- Conduct payroll audits to ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Address payroll issues and employee queries to ensure smooth payroll processing.
- Maintain updated payroll process documentation and drive continuous process improvements.
- Support payroll audits and year-end financial processes for assigned countries.
- Ensure collaboration with other stakeholders such as IT, HRSS, accounting & Business HR teams.
- Perform month end reconciliation on payroll & statutory accounts and pass necessary entries in the books of accounts.
- Work on month end reporting to submit statutory files to the respective board and consolidate data for dashboard reporting.

**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in HR, accounting, or a related field
- Payroll Expertise: 3-6 years of experience managing payroll operations across APAC and/or Middle East.
- Compliance Knowledge: Better understanding on local labor laws and tax regulations
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Systems Proficiency: Experience in working on ERP systems such as Workday, Peoplesoft, SAPWorking on Ramco, ADP systems would be an added advantage.
