**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Akola region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Promote and sell products, ensuring customers are informed about product features and benefits.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company’s market share in the region.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Attend sales meetings, product training, and other events to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer delivery.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up-to-date with industry standards and competitor products.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry (e.g., paints, building materials, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Good understanding of the Akola market and customer base.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Akola region.
