Job Accountabilities -:

- Immediate response to all emergency calls including mock drills and mobilization of required resources to mitigate the emergency.
- Develop/Evaluate the Risk Assessment (RA) sheet for the specific job and make necessary modifications therein,
- Provide necessary guidance to shift fire executive during routine shift activities and during emergency operations.
- Participate in Risk Assessment sessions at plant level for all critical jobs and ensure adequate fire prevention measures during such activities in the plant including plant turnarounds
- Carryout resource planning and allocation
- Exhibit Incident Command & Control technique for emergency control & mitigation.
- Impart training of Shift fire personnel and others
- Ensure availability of all firefighting equipment/systems and communication systems on ready to use basis.
- Assure reliability/performance of fire vehicles on fire vehicles and jeeps.
- Suggest & ensure corrective measures based on the incident analysis.
- Ensure material availability and inventory management of charged store at all fire stations.
- Carryout Fire safety inspection round of the plant
- Carryout preliminary investigation all incidents and release Turnout report on incident
- Organize and conduct daily fire drills and PT
- Ensure the compliance of all scheduled activities in his shift at all fire stations
- Assist site fire prevention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with fire safety standards, procedures, practices and checklist
- Maintain Log book, Occurrence book and other shift related documentation.

Skills & Competencies -:

- Judge & Guide the emergency response team for effective termination of emergencies
- Application and make use of different firefighting equipment, consumables, systems and other resources for effective emergency Management
- High level of proficiency in Fire Safety Management
- Planning and decision making ability

Education Required -:

- B.E. - Fire Engineering or BSc with -Station officer course / Grad I / Sub officer course

Experience Required -:

- Over 5 years of relevant work experience for engineering graduate / Over 12 years of relevant work experience for Station fire officer or Grad I / Over 16 years of relevant post qualification experience for Sub officer

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year
