Liaise with teachers and assist in the formation of daily timetables.
- Ensure there are enough teachers available to take the classes.
- Have an eye over the data of students keeping information of all batches.
- Provide all relevant information regarding the classes to the director, and administrator and adjust the daily classes schedule.
- Foster a positive spirit amongst all teachers and encourage them to be punctual in classes.
- Maintain a good relationship with parents and guardians of students.
- Regular meetings with teachers to discuss the performance and provide feedback.
- Arrange Parents Teachers Meetings
- Liaise with other team members regularly.
- Providing technical assistance to the parents and students
- On-point contact between the teachers, company, and with parents.
