**Job Title**: Welder - Field & In-House Operations

**Location**: Warpp Engineers Pvt Ltd Vasai East.
**Department**: Welding / Fabrication
**Experience Required**: 2-5 years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform welding operations (MIG, TIG, Arc, Gas) on structural and fabrication components.
- Carry out welding work at customer sites (field jobs) and within the in-house workshop.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Prepare and assemble components for welding as per technical requirements.
- Conduct visual checks and ensure weld quality meets company and industry standards.
- Operate and maintain welding tools, machines, and safety equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols during field and in-house work.
- Perform grinding, finishing, and post-weld clean-up as required.
- Travel to customer sites as per project requirements.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficiency in welding techniques (MIG, TIG, SMAW/Arc Welding, Gas Welding).
- Ability to read technical drawings and welding specifications.
- Experience with cutting, grinding, and finishing operations.
- Good understanding of welding safety practices and PPE usage.
- Willingness to travel for field assignments.
- Ability to work in varied conditions (on-site fabrication, repair work).

**Qualification**:

- ITI / Diploma in Welder or related trade (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
