Front Office Executive
**Selection Criteria**:
Handling EPABX System, & Responding to incoming and outgoing calls.
Keeping a track of incoming and outgoing parcels/mail/couriers.
Maintaining stationary and attendance registers.
Welcome visitors and guests and direct them appropriately.
Taking care of mailing and receiving all correspondence.
Maintaining all office files & generate MIS report.
Looking into follow ups.
Scanning and Drafting Important Letters.
Responsible for Administration Activity.
**Essentials**:
Bachelors Degree in Any Stream/business administration
Computer user skills
Command over English (spoken & written), Gujarati and Hindi (spoken)
