**Brief Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Service Data Analysis & Management Information System (MIS) Reporting. Example
a. Service operation team Support on Business data analysis.
b. creating monthly BD call data for Response and Resolution Time analysis
2. Service Software Tools / Application support, driving new Developments and Enhancements.
Example

a. Tracking and resolving issue and Enhancements Field Service Mobile Application through IT department.
b. Driving new Report Development & Enhancements
c. Provide trainings to internal & external users as per schedule.

3. MIS

a. Compiling monthly KPI data for Global MBR, Operation MBR,

b. Supporting for DNV Audit

4. Downloading BOM and creating Crash kit, recommended spares list

5. Monthly I&C project closure data verification. i.e. total closure, entry and exit margin as per finance requirement.

6. overseeing CAS portal updates and issue resolution with help of Zonal team and IT dept

**Additional Skills needed**:
1. Proficiency on data analysis and reporting
- Microsoft Excel (Level 2 or 3 MS Excel Certification preferred)
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Smart sheet, Power BI
2. Analytical Skill
3. Communication skill

**Qualification**:BCom / BBA / BSc / Diploma in Engineering
**Experience**:Worked on said profile for a reputed company more than 4 years at least.
