- _**Responsibilities**_:
Understand customer needs and requirements

Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects

Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.

Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion

Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales-related activities
- _**Requirements**_:
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone

Excellent communication skills

Proficient in English Tamil

Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints

Persistent and results-oriented

Patient and able to handle customer rejection

High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
