**Job Title: Tele Caller**

As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote and sell Loans and Insurance products or services. Your primary goal is to generate leads, make sales, and maintain positive customer relationships. You will need to effectively communicate the features and benefits of the products or services offered by the company, address any questions or concerns raised by customers, and persuade them to make a purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list or database.
- Present products or services to customers in a compelling manner, emphasising their benefits and value propositions.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally, and attempt to overcome them to secure sales.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, complaints, or feedback.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, answer any additional questions, and encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about new products, services, and promotional offers to effectively pitch to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and strategies for improving sales performance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as telemarketing regulations and guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a friendly and engaging phone manner.

Pay: ₹9,488.69 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Language**:

- Kannada and english (preferred)
