1. 3-to-6-year experience in support role.- 3. Experience working with MS SQL.
- 4. Experience working with Microsoft Technologies (C#)
- 5. Experience working with American customers.
- 6. Willingness to work on night shift.
- 7. Excellent communication skills.
- 8. Should have knowledge about support process (SLA, Priority, Criticality, Knowledge Base and etc)
