Purpose of the job
This role will be the primary operations support for Collinson’s Valuedynamx.
Manage daily operations (batch processing, exports/imports with third-parties)
Communication with clients, client onboarding, Offer setup
Sending reports to client at agreed intervals.
Monitoring daily tasks and notifications form various systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operational processes as per business requirements
- Liaise with service partners and clients to ensure smooth and seamless delivery of services
- Manage customer escalations and perform RCA to minimize occurrence
- Liaise and coordinate with tech, business, and accounts teams
- Keep track of key operational metrices and maintain reports/MIS
- Creating effective procedures and standards to ensure productivity and quality control
- Manage and track customer queries & claims (meticulous handling of claims)
- Timely responses to customer queries
Knowledge, skills and experience required
- Graduate with minimum 3 years exp in ops/customer service preferably within financial services industry
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience within operations role
- Willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer delight and operational excellence
- Good communication skills, verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of affiliate / performance marketing is advantageous
- Good communication skills are a must and the ability to articulate concepts and designs verbally and in written a plus point
- The ability to work in a team, but also as a self-motivated independent worker
