Payroll Executive

**Payroll Management**:
- Process and manage the company's payroll system, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Maintain payroll records and prepare payroll reports as required.
- **Statutory Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to PF, ESI, EWF, and PT.
- Handle the submission of returns for PF, ESI, EWF, and PT.
- Stay updated with changes in labor laws and ensure the company's adherence to these laws.
- **Employee Benefits Administration**:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other welfare schemes.
- Address employee queries and issues related to payroll and benefits.
- **Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, attendance, leave, and salary information.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll data.
- **Compliance and Audits**:
- Prepare for and assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and labor compliance.
- Implement recommendations from audit findings to improve compliance and payroll processes.
- **Reporting**:
- Generate reports for management on payroll costs, compliance status, and other HR metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on payroll data analysis.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Liaise with finance and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding payroll-related information and updates.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
