**Job description**

Key Responsibilities:

- Process customer payments for vehicle purchases, parts, and services
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when handling money and operating the point-of-sale system
- Provide clear explanations of invoices and answer customer questions
- Meet or exceed sales and customer service targets
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by the dealership
- Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to security, customer service, and cash handling
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Industry-Specific Skills:

- Knowledge of automotive products and services
- Familiarity with dealership operations and software.
- Understanding of financing and insurance options for vehicle purchases
- Ability to work with a diverse range of customers, including those with varying levels of automotive knowledge

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of cashier experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling money
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic

Work Environment:

- Automotive dealership environment, with frequent customer interaction

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
