Position - Executive/Senior Executive - Customer Services

**Job Description**:
Responsible for managing the daily activities at a branch level, with respect to Proposal login, Policy Servicing, Revivals, Contactability & Collection Fulfillment, Claims coordination, Agency admin, petty cash management.

Managing walk in clients/customer effectively.

Handle corporate services and Shared Services (HR) activity in the branch in coordination with the regional/head-office concerned departments.

CTC:
UPTO 30% hike on current CTC MAX 4.5 lac PER ANNUM

Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduation (Compulsory)

2- years of Operations Experience.

Insurance industry background will be preferred.

Age Min 21- Max
- 38 years
