We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Clinical Research Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to gain valuable experience in the field of clinical research. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical trials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the coordination and implementation of clinical research studies according to protocol requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain study documentation, including case report forms, source documents, and regulatory files, in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Collect and maintain accurate and complete study data, including participant information, medical history, and study-related assessments.
- Communicate effectively with study participants, investigators, sponsors, and other members of the research team to ensure smooth conduct of the study.
- Assist with study-related administrative tasks, such as preparing study materials, maintaining study supplies, and coordinating meetings and conference calls.
- Obtain informed consent from study participants and ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate study visits and procedures, including scheduling appointments, arranging participant transportation if necessary, and ensuring adherence to study timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, nursing, public health, or a related discipline).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology and clinical research principles preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing clinical research (e.g., ICH-GCP, FDA regulations) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,622.25 - ₹40,571.82 per month
