**About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and research-driven **Sales & Research Associate Intern** to support the **marketing, research, and strategic growth of Learnstar**, our fast-growing ed-tech platform based in Nigeria that focuses on Africa’s booming **creative economy**—including music, fashion, film, and sports.

The intern will also provide light support to KGSK Alliance (our import-export business), but the **primary focus will be Learnstar.**

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of **education, entertainment, and business**, building a global learning platform backed by industry leaders and celebrity mentors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Market & Industry Research**: Track trends in the African creative economy (music, fashion, sports, and film) and ed-tech space to guide Learnstar’s growth strategy.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Research competing platforms, pricing models, and course offerings.
- **Partnership Development**: Identify and reach out to production houses, media companies, corporate sponsors, and global brands for strategic collaborations.
- **Influencer Mapping**: Research influencers, celebrities, and content creators who align with Learnstar’s brand values for possible engagement.
- **Content Strategy Support**: Provide insights and data for content creation, platform engagement, and learner acquisition.
- **Reporting & Insights**: Create simple, actionable reports with industry data and trends to support decision-making.
- Assist in **basic global sales outreach** and **market research** related to the import/export business.
- Help maintain **sales pipelines** and research business expansion opportunities as needed.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Strong **research and analytical skills** - you enjoy digging into data and turning insights into strategy.
- Interest in the **creative industries**, **ed-tech**, or **African pop culture**.
- Understanding of **market trends**, competitors, and partnerships.
- Knowledge of tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, and Canva is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tracking is an added advantage.
- Proactive mindset - you’re not afraid to pitch ideas or take initiative.
