Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Location: Surat

Reporting to: E-commerce Manager / Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across various e-commerce platforms.
- Optimize product listings for SEO and conversion.
- Oversee sales on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, eBay, etc.
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing strategies.
- Process orders efficiently and coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries

Track and analyze sales performance using Google Analytics, marketplace reports, and other tools.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales trends and prepare reports.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategic changes.

Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing.

Proficiency in platforms like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.

Experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.).

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Magento, etc.).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website management.
- Experience in handling B2B and B2C online sales.
