Graphic Designer

APS Tech is a digital marketing agency for mobile apps. We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our team. As a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating captivating social media creatives and editing videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels and YouTube. You will work closely with international clients, ensuring their projects are executed seamlessly, and coordinating various aspects of the projects.

**Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design for Social Media Creatives**:

- Develop visually appealing and engaging social media creatives, including but not limited to graphics, illustrations, banners, and infographics.
- Create eye-catching designs that align with client branding guidelines and objectives.
- Collaborate with the team to generate innovative design concepts and ideas.
- Ensure that all creatives are optimized for different social media platforms, considering dimensions and file formats.

**Video Editing for Instagram Reels and YouTube**:

- Edit and enhance videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube, including adding captions, effects, transitions, and audio.
- Optimize videos for different social media platforms, considering aspect ratios, durations, and quality.
- Implement engaging storytelling techniques and creative video editing styles to captivate the audience.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm video concepts and execute them effectively.

**Client Coordination**:

- Work closely with international clients to understand their project requirements and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, seek feedback, and address any concerns or questions promptly.
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary assets, such as brand guidelines, logos, and video footage.
- Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction with the delivered social media creatives and videos.

**Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate various aspects of client projects, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring efficient project workflow.
- Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or risks, and proactively find solutions to keep projects on track.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Understanding of video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and optimization for different social media platforms.
- Excellent creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective project coordination and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with international clients and cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio showcasing previous graphic design and video editing work for social media platforms.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
