**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee international trade operations.
- Develop and implement robust trade strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with international clients and partners.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and laws.
- Coordinate closely with finance teams to develop budgets, financial models, and cost projections.
- Leverage extensive knowledge of shipping logistics to optimize product deliveries.
- Evaluate market trends, identify new business opportunities, and drive profitable growth.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years and above of relevant experience in international trade, specifically in cementitious commodities, coal, metal and related products.
- In-depth knowledge of shipping logistics and related best practices.
- Demonstrable experience in creating and implementing strategies that have positively impacted a company’s position in international markets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel internationally, as required.

**Salary**: ₹125,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
