We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking **AI Post-Production Supervisor** to lead our editing team for an innovative AI-driven video project. This is a contractual position where you will be responsible for building and managing a team of editors, optimizing AI-based workflows, and ensuring top-quality creative output.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build, supervise, and mentor a team of editors working on AI-generated video content.
- Design and implement efficient **AI-enabled post-production pipelines**.
- Maintain creative quality, consistency, and delivery standards.
- Collaborate with directors and producers to achieve project goals.
- Troubleshoot technical and creative challenges in real time.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in post-production (film, video, or digital content).
- Hands-on knowledge of **AI editing tools and workflows**.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Must be **based in Delhi** and available for full-time **on-site** presence during the contract period.

**Compensation**
