**Job Title**: Social Media Executive

**Qualification**: Graduation or any relevant diploma

**Skills Required**:

- Proficient in creating and managing social media calendars
- Ability to execute live polls effectively
- Experience in organizing and managing giveaways on social media platforms
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content
- Analytical skills to track and analyze social media metrics
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Plan and execute live polls and giveaways to drive audience interaction and growth
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to track performance and effectiveness of campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives
- Assist in the development of social media advertising campaigns when required
- Stay abreast of changes in social media algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize reach and engagement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
