Precision Bearings is an Industrial Bearings distributor supplying to Government as well as private organizations.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur for an Accounts Assistant.

Your primary responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Making invoices
- Data entry of stock/sale/purchase/bank transactions in excel
- Tally prime
- Payment follow-up/ payment details documenting
- EMD/SD follow up from government
- quotation drafting.

**Qualifications**:

- knowledge of Accounting, Tally, Excel, Word.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, accounts assistant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- ** Logical ability is a must, should be self sufficient & capable of grasping work process quickly.**:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in an administrative or accounts role.

**Note**:
**Office timings 10:30am - 7:30pm (Mon-Sat)**

**Freshers/ HR background kindly do not apply.**

**Salary will be decided based on qualification/experience.**

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
