- Global Creator Network (GCN) is the brand solutions division of OML that develops branded content with creators & influencers globally across various digital platforms. We strive to drive digital campaign resonance through the line, backing our solutions with strong data insights and measuring impact all through.
- 1862 - We are a specialist team housed under GCN that manage & drive Bacardi Global's digital & content marketing efforts in over 20+ countries spanning South-east Asia, India, Africa, Middle East, USA, Eastern Europe, Russia & Poland as major regions

Where do you fit in?
We’re looking for highly driven and motivated individuals to join us an interns within the 1862 team that manages the India Market

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in developing and executing digital &influencer first marketing strategies and campaigns across social media platforms

2. Assist in identifying and building relationships with prominent influencers and content creators across YouTube and Instagram

3. Brainstorming new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns

4. Assist in conceptualizing and sourcing content ideas from creators and influencers

5. Liaising with the talent managers to create, coordinate and execute content marketing strategies across different channels

6. Liaising with media and analytics and production teams to execute campaigns with team’s guidance

7. Assist in preparing pitch presentations & budget sheets

8. Research on-going consumer trends, competitors, target audience & brands

1. Adequate exposure to the Digital universe across platforms & formats

2. Should consume content on a daily basis

3. Interest in creator/ influencer focussed marketing

4. Keep abreast of emerging social media trends and influencers/ creators across social media platforms

5. Should know how to use Powerpoint and Excel sheets well

6. Should be able to handle multiple campaigns/creators/brands with ease

7.Effective time management skills - should be able to manage their time well

8.Good written, presentation & communication skills

9. Quick and enthusiastic learner

Min Educational Qualification - Graduate

Background - Preferably Mass Media, Advertising, Marketing & Art/Culture

Work Experience - 6 months
- 1 year

Experience/Exposure Areas - In the field of or related to Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing/ Advertising, Content Marketing, Advertising/Marketing, Film/creative/media production, Creative/brand strategy
