**About the role**

**Key responsibilities**:
Quick output of short-form and long-form content pieces-
- Well adapted with the news & workings of the entertainment industry-
- Has the ability to learn and encourage teams to collaborate and help meet short deadlines-
- Can work independently with designers and stakeholders to innovate and curate content.-
- Newsletters, Bulletins & Internal Communications-
- Website Content & Social Media-
- Artist Description / Releases-
- Content & TV Show summaries-
- Campaign summaries-
- Authored Articles / Op-Ed Pieces and Content for our Website + Social Media-
- Author & Curate Social Media content and create Fortnightly content calendars,**Skills**:
Strong interpersonal, creative, presentation, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, analytical, multi tasking skills-
- Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.-
- Will be an excellent communicator, with brilliant presentation and organizational skills.-
- Ability to think both creatively and strategically.-
- Quick and enthusiastic learner.**Qualifications and Prior Experience**:
Native understanding of digital advertising (organic social, mobile, paid social, display, rich media, VOD) with a strong grasp of marketing.-
- Understanding of social media and solid experience working with bloggers, artists, and talent.-
- Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.-
- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.-
- Student/ Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field.-
You are a creative thinker-
- You have an excellent grasp on writing, content, social media marketing, and building digital communities.-
- Your organizational skills reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly-
- You like paying attention to detail (and are great at it)-
- You have strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams-
- You have demonstrated proactive approaches to creating new avenues on editorial content-
