Overall Purpose of the role

You will be responsible for our London office and remote administration of our overseas network looking after 100+ computer users and 150+ computer systems.

**Experience**:
5 - 7+ years assisting in 100+ user environment.

Essential Skills - Abilities:

- Windows and Linux servers
- Multidomain controller environment
- DNS / DHCP
- Active Directory management, GPO, Domain controller
- Antivirus
- Dell Storage / Backup
- Dell/HP servers
- VMWare vcenter administration & ESXi
- SSL Certification
- Ticketing tool
- Docker servers
- Monitoring tools. (Preferred PRTG, Grafana, status cake)
- Exchange online / Microsoft 365- dirsync / Azure AD Connect
- Database servers like influx DB, MongoDb, Postgress, Mysql/MariaDb, Ms-Sql
- Documentation skills
Nice to have:

- Knowledge of snort
- Knowledge in AWS Cloud
- Knowledge of PowerShell, shell scripting
Other Requirements
- Willing to UK shift hours (Sometimes weekend support required)
- Commute to our office in Ahmedabad
