Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Service Guest Service Agent (GSA) is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in various food and beverage outlets within the establishment. They are tasked with ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and promoting a positive dining experience. The GSA will also handle guest inquiries, take orders, and process payments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Provide menus and offer recommendations or suggestions on food and beverage selections.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately according to established service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs promptly and addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
- Process guest payments using cash, credit cards, or other accepted methods and provide accurate change when necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
