**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a **Marketing Coordinator** to help us deliver impactful campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels. You’ll be at the heart of our marketing operations—managing campaign execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring Fusion’s brand is top-of-mind for small businesses across the UK.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage Fusion’s **content calendar** and ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Track campaign **KPIs, leads, and ROI** to measure success.
- Work with design, content, and product teams to create **scroll-stopping creatives**.
- Assist in **social media management**—from copywriting to posting and engagement tracking.
- Support **event marketing**, including demos, trade shows, and local business activations.
- Ensure brand consistency across **all platforms and campaigns**. Conduct **market and competitor research** to spot new opportunities.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years’ experience in **marketing coordination, campaign execution, or social media**.
- Strong **organizational and multitasking skills**.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
- Excellent **copywriting and communication skills**.
- Data-driven mindset with **attention to detail**.
- A proactive **“get things done” attitude**—comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
