**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct training sessions on **Autodesk Civil 3D**, covering topics like **surveying, terrain modeling, road and highway design, site grading, stormwater management, and earthwork calculations**.
- Train learners on **BIM workflows for civil engineering projects**.
- Provide hands-on training in **creating alignments, profiles, corridors, and cross-sections** using Civil 3D.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and update **training materials, exercises, and real-world projects**.
- Ensure course content aligns with **industry standards, latest software versions, and best practices**.
- **Practical Guidance**:

- Guide learners through **real-world civil engineering projects, including road networks, site development, and drainage design**.
- Provide **troubleshooting support** for technical challenges faced during training.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Evaluate students through **assignments, project work, and practical tests**.
- Offer constructive feedback to **enhance their technical skills and project execution capabilities**.
- **Industry Insights**:

- Train learners on **data exchange and integration with GIS, InfraWorks, and BIM platforms**.

**Minimum Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**:

- **B.Tech in Civil Engineering** (or a related field).
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Proficiency in **Autodesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and related civil engineering design software**.
- Knowledge of **surveying, terrain modeling, grading, drainage design, and road design**.
- Experience in **earthwork volume calculations, cut-fill analysis, and corridor modeling**.
- Understanding of **transportation and site development standards (IRC, AASHTO, etc.)**.
- **Training Experience**:

- Prior experience as a Trainer or Instructor in **Civil 3D or similar civil engineering design software**.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong **communication and presentation skills**.
- Ability to **explain complex engineering concepts in an easy-to-understand manner**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in **Autodesk Civil 3D**.
- Industry experience in **civil engineering projects, road design, site development, or urban planning**.

**Work Environment**:

- Ability to **conduct both online and in-person training sessions**.
- Willingness to **travel for corporate and institutional training** if required.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
