Sp3D Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct comprehensive training on **SmartPlant 3D (SP3D)**, covering **piping, equipment, structural modeling, and plant layout**.
- Provide hands-on sessions on **piping design, routing, isometric drawings, clash detection, and data management**.
- Train learners on industry **best practices, project execution, and SP3D customization techniques**.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and update course content, presentations, practical exercises, and real-world project assignments.
- Ensure training modules align with **latest SP3D software versions and industry requirements**.
- **Practical Guidance**:

- Guide learners in **creating 3D plant models, extracting orthographic and isometric drawings, and performing clash detection**.
- Provide **troubleshooting support and solutions for technical challenges** faced during training.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Evaluate students through **practical assignments, tests, and live project work**.
- Offer constructive feedback to **enhance technical skills and project execution abilities**.
- **Industry Insights**:

- Train learners on **SP3D integration with other tools like Smart P&ID, SmartPlant Review, and SmartPlant Foundation**.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**:

- **B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering** (or a related field).
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Strong expertise in **SP3D for piping, equipment, and structural design**.
- Knowledge of **piping standards (ASME, ANSI, API), plant layout, and process equipment design**.
- Experience in **isometric drawings, orthographic views, and material take-offs (MTOs)**.
- Familiarity with **SmartPlant Foundation, SmartPlant Review, and other Intergraph tools**.
- **Training Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Trainer or Instructor in **SP3D or similar plant design software**.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to **simplify complex concepts** and provide hands-on guidance.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
