We are expanding our footprint in Madhya Pradesh and are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented **Sales Executives** to strengthen our regional presence.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the existing dealer network.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activity.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment collection.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and market feedback on time.
- Promote Magic Paints’ products effectively in the assigned territory.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of **sales experience in the paint industry** (mandatory).
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- **Knowledge**: Sound understanding of paint products, market trends, and dealer networks.
- **Availability**: Should be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
