1. Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets for FMCG products, including health care, personal care, and home care products, within the assigned territory.

2. Distributor Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers in the region. Ensuring products are available and properly displayed in stores.

3. Product Knowledge: Having in-depth knowledge of FMCG products, their benefits, and usage to provide expert guidance and support to distributors and customers.

4. Territory Management: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the territory. Developing strategies to expand market share and increase product availability.

5. Marketing Support: Implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches within the territory to boost product visibility and sales.

6. Customer Support: Providing support to distributors, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

7. Competitor Analysis: Monitoring competitor activity, identifying market gaps, and recommending strategies to stay ahead in the competitive market.

8. Sales Reporting: Regularly submitting sales reports, market analysis, and insights to management to track progress and adjust strategies.

9. Team Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, including customer service, logistics, and technical support, to ensure a smooth flow of operations and customer satisfaction.

10. Market Intelligence: Gathering and sharing market insights, distributor feedback, and industry trends to help inform product development and marketing strategies.

11. Time Management: Effectively managing time to cover the territory, meet distributors, and achieve sales targets.

12. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
