**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that resonate with our target audience.
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions aligned with company objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience in creating engaging content and managing social media platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
