Telesales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**: Actively reach out to potential and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.
- **Customer Interaction**: Build rapport with customers and understand their needs to provide effective solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain in-depth knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
- **Sales Process**: Follow the established sales process to ensure efficient and effective sales cycles.
- **Target Achievement**: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and other relevant information.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and share best practices.
**Required Skills**:
- **Fluency in Hindi and English**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- **Strong Sales Skills**: Persuasive and convincing skills to close deals effectively.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to build strong relationships with customers and prioritize their needs.
- **Time Management**: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer requirements.
- **Positive Attitude**: Enthusiastic and motivated approach to work.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
