**Job Overview**:
We are seeking energetic and motivated **Telesales Executives** to join our team. The role involves reaching out to prospective clients, building relationships, and driving sales for the Tileswale Marketplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to the Tileswale platform.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive client registrations and ensure active engagement on the platform.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into active customers.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in a B2B marketplace.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [relevant languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Gujarati].
- Ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
- Basic proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
