Position Title: Telesales Representative

Department: Sales

**Salary**: 15 k to 18 k

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads to introduce and sell products/services.

Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Customer Engagement: Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products/services.

Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.

Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services and communicate their features and benefits to customers.

Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback and market trends to help improve products/services.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is preferred.

**Skills**:Strong verbal communication skills.

Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
